Shipping Information

We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.

  • For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.
  • For all orders within India, during sale and/or discounted price only Rs 100 shipping charges
  • For International deliveries, we offer free nominal shipping charges based on per kg weight. 
  • For COD deliveries Rs 500 will be charged over and above the billing amount.
  • For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • Delivery Period on discounted/Sale items Minimum 30 to 45 days
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including FedEx, UPS, Merchnats and Delhivery.
  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
  • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.   • For shipments bound for the USA with invoice values greater than $2500 USD, the buyer must provide their Social Security Number (SSN) or IRS issued EIN to ensure seamless customs clearance. Failure to provide this information may result in the shipment being returned to India, and a penalty may be imposed.

    Please note, this requirement is subject to change based on the expiration of the USA import tariff on Indian exports and any other future policy changes by the USA government regarding Indian exports.

    For international shipments with DDU (delivery duty unpaid) mode, the duty, taxes & charges has to be paid by the customer. In case the customer denies to pay & the shipment is returned to origin, the customer will be liable to refund (if any) only after deduction of Return Handling Charges (as per policy) and duties, taxes and charges as per destination country tariff charges

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at shoppritiprashant@gmail.com” within 12 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 28 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The return shipping of the parcel is to be done by the customer themselves. The product must be received within 7 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on International Fashions   as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate. Very Minor colour/print / embroidery variations may occur due to different batch production and handwork.
